Technical Development

With the ever changing standards, we strive to ensure that our employees are trained and fully competenet to ensure safe, transplantable tissue to awaiting receipients. Our employees must continually attend educational meetings to keep current on the changing standards.

 

To help meet these needs, we recently added a regional recovery manager in our Rapid City satellite office. Since the hire of the regional recovery manager, the Rapid City office has been able to cover the majority of the west river donors with little assistance from the Sioux Falls team. We are proud to have such a wonderful group of employees covering west river donations.
